St. Louis Community College offers students several opportunities to develop and expand their interests outside of the classroom. We provide opportunities to participate in service learning, leadership development, civic engagement activities, community service projects, clubs/organizations and other special presentations.
Campus Life sponsors a number of programming events throughout the academic year. We publish a full calendar of events that is responsive to our students’ requests for campus activities and events. We pride ourselves in offering a wide array of programming in areas such as student success, health/wellness and cultural diversity.
Opportunities for leadership development, civic engagement and community service projects are available through the Student Government Association, clubs/organizations, honor societies, student publications and special interest groups. In addition, Campus Life sponsors and assists other departments with many offerings, such as academic success projects, discussion groups, lectures, special presentations, exhibits, performances, art shows, musical offerings, plays and film series. Students also have the opportunity to participate in service learning projects.
