Deaf Communications Club

The purpose of this organization is to support and encourage DCS students by providing additional learning opportunities not available in the classroom. The DCS club provides an awareness of opportunities to connect students with the Deaf Community in a variety of settings.  Members cultivate social skills including friendship, organization, networking, management, communication, expression and professional growth.  To promote growing the Interpreting field and an awareness of Deaf Culture, the DCS Club opens its workshops and social events to members and non-members including, but not limited to, DCS alumni and interpreters.
